Technical Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer to design and deliver high-quality technical training programs for students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject-matter expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into practical, industry-relevant learning experiences.

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in assigned technical domains (e.g., C, C++, Python, Data Science, AI/ML, Full Stack Web Devolpment/JAVA, etc.)
• Design and update course curriculum, lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on labs
• Conduct practical sessions, live demonstrations, and real-world project guidance
• Assess trainee performance through assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects
• Provide mentoring, doubt-clearing sessions, and career guidance to learners
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies
• Customize training content as per academic, corporate, or institutional requirements
• Maintain training documentation, attendance, and performance reports
• Coordinate with academic, placement, and management teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Flair in being a technical trainer
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related Certification.
• Proven experience as a Technical Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Faculty
• Strong hands-on knowledge in at least one technical domain:
• C, C++, Python, Data Science, AI/ML, Full Stack Web Devolpment/JAVA, etc.
• Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Cybersecurity / Networking / DevOps
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
• Experience with training tools, LMS platforms, and virtual classrooms is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
