Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for staff and technical roles (Engineers, Quality Techs, Supervisors).
Coordinate with contractors for the deployment of contractual labor based on production demands.
Conduct structured induction and orientation programs to ensure new joins understand safety protocols and company policies.

2. Statutory Compliance & Labor Relations

Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Minimum Wages).
Maintain all statutory registers and timely filing of annual/half-yearly returns.
Liaise with government officials and labor inspectors during inspections.
Handle grievance redressal for both permanent and contractual workers to maintain a harmonious industrial relations (IR) climate.
Manage full and final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees.

4. Performance Management & Training

Assist in the annual Performance Management System (PMS) and appraisal cycles.
Identify skill gaps on the shop floor and organize technical and soft-skills training sessions.
Maintain training records as per ISO/IATF or other manufacturing quality standards.

5. Employee Welfare & Administration

Organize employee engagement activities and "Town Hall" meetings to boost morale.
Oversee the administration of group insurance and medical check-ups.
