Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Technical Trainer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge in core IT infrastructure and cloud technologies and a strong desire to train and mentor aspiring IT professionals. You will deliver certification-based training in areas such as CompTIA A+, N+, Windows 11, Office 365, CCNA, MCSA, RHCSA, AWS, and Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and online training sessions for students and professionals.
• Conduct practical labs, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Teach the following certifications/technologies:
• CompTIA A+ & N+
• Windows 11 & Microsoft Office 365
• Cisco CCNA
• Microsoft MCSA
• Red Hat RHCSA
• AWS (basic to associate level)
• Microsoft Azure (fundamental to associate level)
• Help students prepare for certification exams through mock tests and feedback.
• Maintain training documentation, reports, and attendance.
• Stay updated with certification syllabus and industry trends.
• Provide technical mentorship and career guidance to learners.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant training or hands-on technical experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge in networking, system administration, and cloud platforms.
• Must have completed or be certified in at least 2–3 of the following:
• CompTIA A+ / N+
• Microsoft (MCSA, Office 365)
• Cisco CCNA
• Red Hat RHCSA
• AWS (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Associate)
• Azure (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104)

Preferred Skills:

• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
• Familiarity with virtual lab tools and e-learning platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and mentoring ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
