Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) sessions to freshers in Java Fullstack technologies.
• Develop and customize training content, slides, coding exercises, and assessments.
• Provide hands-on guidance through coding labs, mini-projects, and real-time problem-solving.
• Track learner progress, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive, interactive, and outcome-driven learning environment.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to refine and improve the curriculum based on feedback and latest tech trends.
• Ensure alignment of training with corporate software development standards and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Java Fullstack development.
• Strong expertise in:
• Core Java
• Spring Boot
• Hibernate
• RESTful Web Services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in training or mentoring freshers or junior developers.
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, and IDEs like IntelliJ or Eclipse.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage a beginner-level audience.
• Bonus: Exposure to frontend tech like HTML/CSS/JavaScript or Angular/React.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience delivering corporate training (virtual or on-site).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
