Technical Trainer - Java FS

As a Java Fullstack Trainer, you will lead technical training programs for corporate fresher batches, delivering engaging instruction in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs. Your key responsibilities include conducting instructor-led training sessions, developing customized training content, providing hands-on guidance through coding labs and projects, tracking learner progress, and creating an outcome-driven learning environment. You will collaborate with the L&D team to refine the curriculum and ensure alignment with industry standards. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of industry experience in Java Fullstack development, with expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful Web Services. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with experience in training or mentoring junior developers. Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven/Gradle, and IDEs such as IntelliJ or Eclipse is required, as well as the ability to simplify complex concepts for a beginner-level audience. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, along with prior experience in delivering corporate training and knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes. Bonus points if you have exposure to frontend technologies like HTML/CSS/JavaScript or Angular/React.
