Technical Trainee - Microbiology Freshers

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ISO Auditor (Fresher) to join our team. In this role, you will support ISO-compliance efforts by coordinating with clients on documentation, conducting internal audits and gap assessments, assisting in implementation of ISO management systems, performing risk assessments, and collaborating with senior auditors. Key Responsibilities

• Client Coordination & Documentation Support
• Engage with clients to collect required documentation and ensure completeness for ISO certification/ compliance.
• Maintain document control, track submission statuses, and liaise with clients to address queries or information gaps.
• Support preparing and organizing client files, audit checklists, and evidence records.

Internal Audits & Gap Analysis

• Assist in planning and executing internal audits (process audits, documentation audits) in compliance with relevant ISO standards
• Perform gap-analysis to identify non-conformities or areas where the organization is not meeting required standards.
• Document audit findings, highlight discrepancies, control gaps or risks, and suggest preliminary recommendations.

Implementation Support & Risk Assessment

• Support the senior auditor and implementation team in rolling out corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on audit findings.
• Help in conducting risk assessments to identify potential process, compliance, or operational risks.
• Work with relevant departments to ensure remediation actions are tracked and closed in a timely manner.
• Coordination with Senior Auditor / Project Team
• Collaborate with senior auditors / audit lead throughout audit projects — scheduling, audit execution, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Assist in organizing meetings, audit schedules, and coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Report Preparation & Communication

• Prepare audit reports, non-conformity findings, observations, and improvement suggestions.
• Present findings internally to senior auditor / management and communicate with clients where necessary
• Maintain records of audits, findings, corrective actions, and follow-up status.
• Continuous Learning & Compliance
• Stay updated on relevant ISO standards, audit methodologies, and internal procedures.
• Ensure all activities are conducted with integrity, confidentiality, objectivity, and compliance with audit ethics/best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
