Role Overview:

We’re hiring a sharp, enthusiastic Technical Telecaller Sales Executive to join our international sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for leads, responsible for cold calling, generating interest, scheduling Google Meet appointments, and supporting the pipeline. Your role will focus on engagement, coordination, and booking meetings—our expert team takes care of the final conversion.

This is a remote role with strong growth incentives and international exposure.

Responsibilities:

🔍 Lead Discovery & Engagement

• Cold calling potential clients across sectors (tech, education, healthcare, etc.)
• Pitching digital services like website/app development, SEO, marketing, and more
• Scheduling client meetings via Google Meet
• Follow-up and lead nurturing through CRM and Google Sheets
• Collaborate with tech/sales teams for better conversions

💬 Client Interaction & Conversion Support

• Understand client needs and deliver value-first conversations
• Work with international leads (UK/US/UAE—accent preferred)
• Drive qualified leads to meeting stage; incentives offered for conversion success

📈 Market Understanding & Coordination

• Maintain clean records in CRM & update Google Sheets regularly
• Align with tech and BD teams for strategic alignment
• Assist with understanding digital trends and industry needs

Requirements:

• 1–2 years in telesales, inside sales, or business development (IT industry preferred)
• Excellent English communication; US/UK accent is a big plus
• Strong phone etiquette and self-motivation
• Comfortable working 1 PM – 10 PM IST for international outreach
• Basic knowledge of websites, apps, and digital marketing appreciated
• Remote job
• Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory)

Timing & Compensation:

🕐 Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 fixed + attractive commission per qualified meeting (shared in interview)
