We’re expanding our global sales team and looking for dynamic, energetic Appointment Setters & Deal Closers to join us and grow together.

🎯 Job Overview

We’re seeking confident, self-driven professionals who can engage leads, set qualified appointments, and close high-value deals. You’ll work primarily with UK-based leads generated by our marketing campaigns.

This is a commission-only role for the first 3 months, after which top performers will move to a fixed salary + commission structure.

💸 Compensation

🗓️ First 3 Months: 25% commission per closed deal

💼 After 3 Months (Performance-Based): Fixed salary + 5% commission per deal closed

🧩 Key Responsibilities

✅ Reach out to inbound and outbound leads provided by our marketing team

✅ Schedule and confirm appointments with potential clients

✅ Conduct follow-ups to ensure meetings are attended and opportunities are converted

✅ Present company services confidently and handle objections effectively

✅ Close deals and maintain accurate records in the CRM

✅ Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding

💡 Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Experience in appointment setting / telesales / closing IT or digital marketing deals preferred

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage international leads

Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, ad leads, and cold calling

Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
