Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
• Collaborate on social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to optimize content
• Assist with content planning (calendar creation, post ideation, reels concepts)
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and prepare weekly reports
• Help manage community interactions (comments, DMs, and mentions)
• Support social media campaigns, giveaways, and influencer collaborations
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and content formats
• Coordinate with designers or use tools (like Canva) to create visuals
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table for organic and paid growth

Who You Are:

• Passionate about social media and content marketing
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and their trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic design or content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) are a plus
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and creative thinker
• Available to commit 3–6 months remotely
