Technical Team Lead

You should have a solid expertise in web application architecture specifically in LAMP - Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP framework with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience. Additionally, you must possess UI experience in Bootstrap, Angular JS, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Knowledge of RDBMS, preferably MySQL, is required. Experience in PHP frameworks like WordPress, Laravel, and Codeigniter is essential. Managing cloud infrastructure in AWS and a load-balanced environment is a key requirement. Familiarity with the Wordpress CMS platform is necessary. Proficiency in Git version control, Jenkins, MS Office Suite, and Project is expected. You should have experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent within the technology department. Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must, along with the ability to establish guidelines in these areas for others. Personal accountability is vital for decision-making and supervising department teams. Working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality is important. Managerial experience in applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills is required. You should be able to predict challenges and proactively address obstacles. Researching and evaluating software technology options, as well as weighing cost/benefit analysis for future projects, are part of the role. Recruiting and training exceptional employees within the technical department is a responsibility. Updating and maintaining all production technologies to ensure proper maintenance and installation is crucial. Conducting regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects is expected. Establishing and implementing training processes and strategies for all technical personnel is necessary. Analyzing, planning, and developing requirements and standards for scheduled projects is part of the job. Assigning and overseeing the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring progress towards established milestones is a key responsibility. Strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking are essential. Collaboration across team boundaries is required to achieve project goals. Leading architecture strategy & planning for large programs, providing guidance to technical staff across multiple projects, and aligning business strategies with technology solutions are key aspects of the role. Developing and maintaining the centralized EA repository and artifacts, along with driving strategic and transitional planning of applications, technology, information, and business functions across the enterprise are critical responsibilities. Understanding project management aspects, including project scope, root cause analysis, and ensuring all project stages are met, is required. Managing budget, resources, and project schedule are responsibilities of the role. Effective communication with employees and management at all levels is essential.
