Technical Team Lead

As a Technical Team Lead specializing in DotNet, you will be responsible for leading the technical team in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure backend applications using .NET Core and C#. Your expertise in Azure Functions, Azure Services, Service Bus, and Microservices architecture will be crucial in building and deploying various Azure components. Collaboration with architecture, DevOps, and product teams is essential to design cloud-native solutions. Your role will involve troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues efficiently, along with participating in Agile ceremonies such as code reviews and sprint planning. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend applications using .NET Core and C#. - Build and deploy Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, and other Azure components. - Design and implement Microservices-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. - Develop message-driven systems using Azure Service Bus and other messaging services. - Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and product teams to design cloud-native solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code adhering to industry standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies. Required Skills: - 8+ years of professional experience in .NET development. - Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Web APIs. - Proficient in Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, App Services, Storage Accounts, and other Azure PaaS components. - Solid experience with Microservices architecture, containerization, and RESTful API design. - Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.). - Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases. - Good understanding of application performance tuning and optimization in a cloud environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Azure API Management, Key Vault, and Application Insights. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). - Knowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging patterns. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-400) are a plus.
