We are looking for a Team Lead Full Stack Developer who not only excels in hands-on development using React.js and Node.js, but can also lead and guide a development team, drive project architecture, ensure scalability, and oversee system design for complex applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications.
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Guide and mentor developers in the team to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, scalability, and security standards.
Provide expertise in system design, project architecture, and performance optimization.
Manage project timelines, task allocations, and team deliverables efficiently.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong leadership qualities with experience leading development teams.
Expertise in React.js (Frontend Development).
Expertise in Node.js (Backend Development).
Deep understanding of system architecture and application scalability.
Strong experience with RESTful API design and integration.
Solid knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred).
Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Microservices architecture.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Prior experience in Agile/Scrum-based project management.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience Required:

7+ years of hands-on development experience.
2+ years in a team leadership or senior developer role, focusing on project architecture and scalability.
