Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Team Lead with strong technical expertise in PHP and the MERN Stack , coupled with at least 1 year of hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Lovable, Cursor, GitHub Copilot , or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of modern development practices and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance productivity, code quality, and delivery speed. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of developers across PHP and MERN-based projects. Actively use AI coding assistants (e.g., Lovable, Cursor, Copilot) to streamline development, debugging, and documentation tasks. Promote AI-first workflows and train team members to efficiently adopt AI tools in the SDLC. Participate in system architecture, sprint planning, and technical design discussions. Conduct code reviews, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and Product Management. Required Skills 3–5 years of full-stack development experience in: PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar frameworks) MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Lovable, Cursor, GitHub Copilot). Strong experience building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Version control with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with Firebase, Redis, WebSockets. Knowledge of database design (SQL & NoSQL). Unit testing, performance tuning, and scalable system design. Soft Skills Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency.
