Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer and user inquiries via
phone
in a professional, courteous manner.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve
hardware, software, and network issues
.
Document support requests, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the
ticketing system
.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support or engineering teams as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve
support processes
and product performance.
Contribute to knowledge base articles and training documentation to support team efficiency and customer success. Tech Titan Distribution
Stay current with product updates, technical tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Min 6 months of experience
in technical support, help desk, or similar role (adjustable based on seniority).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
with the ability to explain technical concepts in user-friendly language.
Strong
troubleshooting and analytical skills
.
Familiarity with
operating systems
(Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
Experience with
ticketing systems
and remote support tools (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).

Role Highlights:

CTC: Up to 4.5 Lakhs + Performance Incentives
