Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to resolve hardware and software issues. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying hardware and software solutions. - Troubleshooting technical issues. - Diagnosing and repairing faults. - Resolving network issues. - Installing and configuring hardware and software. - Speaking directly to internal teams to quickly address their technical problems. - Following up with teams to ensure the resolution of issues. - Supporting the roll-out of new applications. - Providing procedural documentation support. - Managing multiple cases simultaneously. - Testing and evaluating new technologies. - Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment. - Responding to call-outs promptly and professionally. - Educating end-users about new systems. - Providing technical support for social media and other applications. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role. - Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. - Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. - Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills.
