Mandatory Requirements (Experienced Candidates Only):

  • 13 years experience

  • remote support

    • Laptops / Desktops / LAN Issues / Applications / Mobile Devices (iOS, Android, Windows).

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in:

    • Operating Systems (Windows XP10)

  • Registry Fix, Patch upgrades, Virus troubleshooting, Security & Encryption

  • network collaborations & VPN troubleshooting (TCP/IP, OSI, network devices & carriers)

  • busy ICT Service Desk environment

  • English communication skills


Responsibilities:

  • international voice-based technical support calls

  • IT incidents, hardware/software, and network issues

  • Document, escalate, and track incidents in the ticketing system.

  • SLA timelines

  • Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for complex issues.
