SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP PP module: BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, and master data.

• Handle discrete and repetitive manufacturing scenarios.

• Support MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and capacity planning.

• Manage production orders, order confirmations, and shop floor control.

• Integrate SAP PP with MM, SD, WM, and QM modules.

• Provide production-related data analysis and reporting.

• Conduct unit and integration testing, prepare documentation, and train end users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day production issues in SAP.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• 48 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP implementation and support.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and SAP PP functionalities.

• Experience in at least two full lifecycle implementations.

• Understanding of integration with MM, SD, and PM.

• SAP PP certification is a plus.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
