Technical Support - Port Equipments

port machineries like Reach stacker, Material handler, empty container handler, forklift, RTG, and STS Cranes.

1) Field Support:

a) Direct and coordinate with a team of product support & field support at HO Pune.

b) Product support engineer to provide excellent customer service and to promote his idea throughout the organization. Ensured to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

c) To support field team whenever they seek part code, schematics, and manuals.

d) To Support filed team remotely, for programming display and controller, Performing calibrations and other activities support.

e) Coordinating with technical team, to arrange & provide solutions and SOP process to filed team for troubleshooting.

f) Arranging part codes/ drawing from R&D as per field team requirement.

g) If any critical issues found in field to be escalate to HO Technical team & BU, R&D, QA and production for further take up and needful solutions.

h) Parts arrangement and coordination in emergency breakdown cases.

i) To visit at site for field team support wherever required/applicable for commissioning, modifications and breakdown supports.

j) Coordinated with product support team and part team for the parts planning for new products and review the parts stock of exiting products. Ensured to get the parts availability for A category (Filters & oils) -100%, B & C (Ware & tears parts) categories 90% and C & D Categories (Major aggregates) 80%.

2) Warehouse support:

a) Extend support to warehouse team for parts Identification in terms of technically for GRN & Racking.

b) Support field team for in case of Part wrong supply for checking and arranging correct part.

c) Parts physical stock verification in case of field team seek support.

d) Display and controller programming before material dispatch.

e) Coordination with warehouse team for material dispatch material inspection, part confirmation and give instructions to warehouse for speedy delivery and other possible options in emergency cases.

3) Coordination with Plant Team Support:

a) Test yard support wherever plant team seek in case of technical, program upload and calibrations.

b) Repair and rework support in accidental machine repair case, coordination with plant team for machine restoration and support in parts billing.

c) Support to production team in daily activities like - machine testing and urgent dispatches.

d) Coordination & support PPC, SCM and marketing team wherever customers during customer visits at plant.
