Technical Support Intern

As a Technical Support Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in resolving technical issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This position will provide you with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, user support, and exposure to a variety of tools and technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers via phone, chat, and ticket channels. - Offer assistance through remote access applications. - Communicate all issues promptly and efficiently, including follow-ups with customers and team members. - Conduct research, diagnose problems, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related field. Alternatively, a Diploma in E&C or any other degree with strong technical troubleshooting knowledge. - Understanding of Android, iOS, Mac, Windows, and Linux technologies, along with hardware troubleshooting skills. - Proficiency in the latest web browsers and mobile apps. - Basic knowledge of iPhone, iPad, Tablet, Smartphone, MacBook, PC, and Laptop devices, including their configuration. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Familiarity with MS Office and Google Drive. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts between 8 am to 11 pm; no night shifts. - Freshers or individuals with experience in technical support are welcome to apply.
