Role Overview

As a Technical Support Intern, you’ll assist in resolving user-reported issues, maintaining system health, and supporting internal teams with technical queries. You’ll gain exposure to helpdesk tools, remote troubleshooting techniques, and documentation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to technical queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions and system configurations
• Document support cases and maintain resolution logs
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Assist in updating support documentation and FAQs

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting methods
• Familiarity with remote support tools and helpdesk workflows
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple support requests independently
• Professional attitude and eagerness to learn
