Technical Support Executive

Roles And Responsibilities-

• Provide Customer support and assistance to customers via phone, email or chat.
• Guide customers through problem-solving steps to resolve problems efficiently.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and product development to identify and resolve recurring issues.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, technical information, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, knowledgebase articles, and FAQs.
• Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance technical skills and expertise.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, technicalissues, and potential improvements to products or services.

Key skills

• Graduate freshers can apply or the candidates pursuing graduation can also apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to handle customer/client queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
