Job Summary:

The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for resolving customer technical queries, troubleshooting issues with online store setup, integrations, and guiding users through technical processes. This role combines strong communication skills with basic tech knowledge to support our clients efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Troubleshoot issues related to website setup, hosting, domain configuration, payment gateways, and third-party integrations
  • Guide users step-by-step through problem-solving processes
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the technical or development team with detailed documentation
  • Maintain accurate logs of support requests, solutions, and follow-ups
  • Assist with testing and feedback collection for new platform features
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer success roles
  • Good understanding of website hosting, domain setup, and basic HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
