Ability to handle technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions
Flexible to work in rotational shifts as per business requirement

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers
Provide real-time
technical support
for hardware/software issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot internet, system, and application-related problems
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow quality standards
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required
Work collaboratively with the operations and support teams
