Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Intern at eMedicoz, you will be an integral part of the Support Team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve student queries regarding the eMedicoz application and website in real-time. Your role will significantly impact the user experience by ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues, thereby contributing to improved app ratings and student satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, log, and effectively manage incoming support tickets from students concerning the eMedicoz App and Website. - Resolve queries promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams such as development, QA, and content to address complex issues. - Provide real-time support during peak usage hours to minimize user disruption. - Follow up with students to ensure issue resolution and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - Document common issues and solutions to create a knowledge base for internal reference. - Assist in testing app/website functionalities, identifying bugs, and reporting inconsistencies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Any Graduate is eligible to apply, with preference given to BA or B.Com graduates. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Basic knowledge of mobile applications, websites, and troubleshooting techniques. - Familiarity with ticketing systems or helpdesk tools is advantageous. - Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Customer-centric approach with a willingness to assist. Additional Company Details: The work environment is full-time, with day shifts. The preferred educational qualification is a Bachelor's degree. While prior technical support experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication. The work location is in person.
