Job Title: Software Support Engineer / Technical Support Executive
Number of Open Positions: 02

Experience Required: 1–5 Years

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Location: Virar & Borivali

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We are seeking highly motivated Software Support Engineers / Technical Support Executives to provide end-to-end product and technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate must be experienced in handling software troubleshooting, product training, client coordination, and remote support while ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients through phone calls, emails, remote sessions, and ticketing platforms
  • Troubleshoot software problems, configuration errors, database-related issues, and system performance concerns
  • Install, configure, and upgrade software products for customers as required
  • Understand business and functional requirements and guide clients on efficient product usage
  • Coordinate with the development team for bug escalation and ensure quick resolution
  • Maintain proper documentation of issue logs, resolutions, and follow-ups within the support system
  • Conduct product demonstrations, user training sessions, and onboarding for new clients
  • Assist in testing patches, product updates, and new software releases prior to deployment
  • Ensure timely response, closure of tickets, and exceptional customer service
  • Share client feedback with the product team and contribute to product improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–5 years of experience in software support / technical support roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in remote support & ticket-based support system (added advantage)
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Comfortable interacting with clients regularly and managing multiple tickets simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,193.87 per month
