Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Executive Juniper & Ruckus Products

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for Juniper and Ruckus networking products. This role requires troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality technical support. The candidate must have a strong understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and software, with experience in Juniper and Ruckus products being an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for Juniper and Ruckus networking products.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues reported by customers and partners.

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networking solutions.

  • Escalate complex technical issues to Level 3 support or vendor TAC when required.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of support cases, resolutions, and best practices.

  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities for customers and internal teams.

  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to provide technical assistance in solution design.

  • Stay updated with the latest firmware, patches, and industry trends related to Juniper and Ruckus.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

  • 2+ years for L1,

    3-4 years of experience for L2 in networking technical support.

  • Hands-on experience and certification with Juniper (JNCIA - Junos, JNCIS-SP, JNCIS-ENT, JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIA-MistAI and JNCIS-MistAI) and Ruckus (Ruckus RCWA, RCNI, must be certificated in RASP certification preferred).

  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, EVPN-VXLAN etc.).

  • Experience with troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, CLI, and remote diagnostics.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

  • Would be a Contractual role

    for 1 year.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling enterprise networking environments.

  • Knowledge of cloud-managed networking solutions.

  • Previous experience in a distribution or partner support role is a plus.
