The role of this team is to provide 3rd line technical support for GTTs customer support organizations. As a highly intelligent, flexible, and efficient technical support team, it collaborates with other parts of GTT to deliver a world-class customer experience. In this position this person will work within the IP Operations Tier 2 team o perating and maintaining a wide array of network elements both virtual and non-virtual.
