Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Executive to assist clients with all software, CRM, and ERP-related technical issues. The ideal candidate will manage customer support tickets, analyze and escalate issues to internal teams, and ensure timely resolution with consistent communication. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills, along with a solid understanding of CRM and ERP systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and acknowledge incoming customer support tickets.
  • Analyze reported issues and gather additional details from customers.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting support for CRM and ERP applications.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the internal development or product team with clear documentation.
  • Follow up with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Communicate ticket updates, resolutions, and closure confirmations professionally.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all activities, including issue logs and resolutions.
  • Monitor open tickets and ensure compliance with defined SLAs.
  • Prepare periodic reports on ticket status and customer support performance.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and suggest improvements for system efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in software, CRM, or ERP technical support
  • Good understanding of CRM and ERP systems, workflows, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail and follow-through.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • CRM software: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Technical support: 1 year (Required)
