Wilhelmsen Ship Management Chennai is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for it’s Global PMS Support Team.

Enlisted below is the main responsibility for this position:

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

Perform and update PMS support requirement from vessels.
Assisting to collect technical data for PMS related projects.
Assist in PMS Technical Database building Projects.
Assist Technical Support team to update PMS related Technical details in PMS System.
Extract PMS data from technical manuals and Quality Check of data for PMS projects.
Assist in Special PMS Projects.
Assist PMS technical database related tasks.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information from PMS System.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

Professional degree in technical and/or marine Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in PMS. (Mandatory)
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess customer service mindset and skills.
Quality and results oriented.
Good team player.
Positive, proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and/or in teams.
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
Experience in PMS related data handling
