The purpose of the Assistant Training Coordinator is to assist the Course Coordinator (and act as back-up in his/her absence) in the process of booking participants for various training/assessment programmes, and to carry out administrative tasks associated with International Maritime Training Centre (IMTC's) services The position will report to Head of Training Centre and will require to liaison with the Course Coordinator of IMTC, Faculty and Admin staff at IMTC, Officer/Accounts of IMTC, IMTC's customers, suppliers & other stakeholders, WSMI Marine Personnel and Accounting staff & External Customer Client companies.
