Role Summary: We are seeking a Network/Technical engineer to support our client located in Dehradun. Experience: 0 –2 Years Educational Qualification: 3 years Diploma/Graduation in Computer Engineering/IT/related fields Location : Dehradun, Uttarakhand Key Responsibilities Preventive and break down maintenance of the system. Management of the spare parts, materials and consumables. Periodical database backup, restore and preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly report on system performance in prescribed format. Fault free operations of security devices. Any other related work assigned by us from time to time. Ensure that the equipment under NC-AMC are regularly checked for firmware and upgraded to latest firmware. Perform regular health/performance checks of the security devices report monthly. Responsible for checking any security vulnerabilities in our security infrastructure. Same shall be fixed by reporting and taking approval as soon it is found. Regular monitoring of security device logs and report any breaches, anomalies and performance issues found in our security devices. Make new/additional configuration changes related to security devices as required time to time. This includes making or amending security rules, daily executive log reports generation, keeping security device to latest firmware available etc., Monitoring at license /blades current status of security device and verify all devices licenses in advance and update regarding their renewal status time to time. Monitor status of ISP connectivity and report any downtime, also coordinate with respective ISP's by rising a ticket and getting line restored with minimum downtime. Mandatory Requirements Proactive problem solver with attention to detail and analytical mindset. Ability to self-learn and rapidly adapt to new technologies and tools.
