Responsibilities

-Support PAN India customer service for security surveillance systems.

-Manage installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.

-Coordinate with teams to resolve technical/customer issues.

-Conduct trainings and maintain accurate documentation.

-Build client relationships and share feedback with management.


Qualifications

  1. Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/Technical background having year of 4-5 years of experience.
  2. Experience in customer/technical support, project execution, and maintenance of surveillance equipment.
  3. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Hands-on expertise in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical/protective systems.
  5. Client-facing skills to deliver support and manage relationships.
  6. Willingness to travel PAN India for on-site services.
  7. Experience in client training, seminars, and product demonstrations.
