Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for hardware, software, network, and LAN issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to desktop systems, laptops, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, antivirus software, and other peripherals. Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions. Document customer interactions using CRM tools to track tickets and escalate critical cases when necessary. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge base articles to provide accurate information to customers.
