Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Ecobillz Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the software product industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software products.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for customer requests and issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improving our products and services.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role in the software product industry.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of software applications and systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems is an asset.
