Ltd,Bangalore,India Locations: · Delhi (1 Position) · Mumbai (1 Position) No. of Vacancies: 2 Date of Joining: 01 November 2025 Employment Type: Permanent Industry Focus: · Audio Visual (AV) · Interactive Flat Panels (IFP) · Smart Class – Education · Educational ERP · ITES · ICT · ELV Organizations/Brands Served (Preferred): ViewSonic, Samsung, Brio, BenQ, LG, Acer, etc. Experience Required: · Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales · At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in AV/IFP Sales in North or West India Educational Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Management (Essential) · Master’s degree (Preferred) Key Skills & Competencies: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong knowledge of educational products and services · Familiarity with corporate and educational institutions, especially in West & northern India · Willingness to travel across the assigned region · Self-driven with a strong learning attitude · Proven sales track record · Flexible to work across locations in India Roles & Responsibilities: · Collaborate with the Sales Head in formulating strategic and operational plans · Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets · Identify and propose relevant Specktron solutions to clients · Build and maintain a database of AV distributors, dealers, consultants, institutions, and corporates in the territory · Contact prospects, schedule appointments, and conduct client meetings · Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly · Demonstrate Specktron products to partners, dealers, and end-users · Negotiate and close deals in line with company strategies · Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client commitments are met · Maintain confidentiality and protect the organization’s value · Stay updated through trade shows, publications, and networking · Accept ownership of new challenges and seek opportunities to add value · Foster collaboration across departments to enhance customer experience Ideal Candidate Profile: Candidate needs to be a passionate sales professional with a solid background in AV/IFP solutions and a strong network in the educational or corporate sectors.
