Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
  • Document customer interactions using ticketing tools like ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-4 years of experience in a BPO/Call Centre environment with international voice process exposure.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Proficiency in ITIL processes and service desk operations principles.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
