Technical Support Analyst

You are a Technical Support Analyst with 2-4 years of experience joining our Mumbai office. Your role involves providing on-site technical support to employees and clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, database, and network-related issues efficiently. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, applications, and IT infrastructure. Troubleshooting and optimizing SQL queries and MongoDB database performance is a key aspect of your responsibilities. Assisting in managing database backups, recovery, and user access control is essential. You will monitor system performance, proactively address potential IT concerns, and contribute to software upgrades, patch management, and IT security best practices. Documenting technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the knowledge base is part of your routine. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues is crucial, along with providing end-user training on IT tools, database management, and security protocols. Key Requirements for this role include having 2-4 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or system administration. You should possess strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL) and MongoDB, with hands-on experience in database troubleshooting, query optimization, and performance tuning. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems is necessary, along with strong skills in network troubleshooting and familiarity with cloud services. Preferred Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus. Prior experience in SaaS-based or IT service companies is preferred.,
