Assistant

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service. You will also be required to upsell and cross-sell products or services to increase revenue and meet sales targets. In this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. You should be able to identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Additionally, you will be expected to keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system. The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven track record in account management or sales, preferably in a related industry.
