Description:

Area(s) of responsibility

Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM L1 Administrator

Role Summary:

The ServiceNow ITSM L1 Developer/Admin is responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, and basic development of the ServiceNow ITSM platform

Key Responsibilities:

Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.
Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
Basic knowledge of CMDB and Asset management.
Configure forms, lists, flow using workflow / flow designer, SLA, Schedule, notifications.
Good Knowledge of Performance analytics dashboard and reporting.
Develop and modify business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI action, inbound actions, schedule job, script includes.
Able to create basic catalog items and use standard workflows.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow certified application developer (CAD)
0–3 years of experience ServiceNow development & support.
