Technical Solutions Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Individual Contributor at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for developing complex integrated solutions for all Kyndryl offerings. This includes Kyndryl Infrastructure, Public and Private Cloud, Applications, Data & AI, Project, and Consulting services. Your primary focus will be on customer acquisition, supporting senior sales executives, and managing technology-led relationships with solution decision-makers in the Infrastructure and Customer Line of Business organizations. You will be involved in face-to-face discussions with customers, working on multiple engagements simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage technology-led relationships with solution decision makers - Translate customer requirements into custom solutions and gain customer acceptance - Own the end-to-end solution process, including risk identification/mitigation, cost, profit, and deliverability - Size and estimate efforts and commercials for opportunities - Ensure all internal approvals are obtained in a timely manner - Support senior sales executives throughout the sales cycle - Articulate Kyndryl's relevance to customer business imperatives - Build and maintain long-term sustainable customer relationships - Collaborate with various departments to facilitate and close deals exceeding 10 Mn TCV Qualifications Required: - Strong techno-commercial ability with over 20 years of experience - Demonstrated market connects and CXO connects - Ability to influence and create large deals - Deep understanding of IT/Technology/Business Trends - Exceptional communication skills to articulate solutions and differentiation - Ability to align IT trends with Kyndryl offerings - Proven track record of closing deals exceeding 10 Mn $ TCV,
