Technical Solution Engineer

This role will focus on:

• Strategic Alignmen t: Ensuring that all technical solutions and innovations align with the company's architecture standards. Developing detailed design documents and specifications.

• Technology Integration : Seamlessly integrating new and existing technology solutions into the global Legal & Compliance technology landscape to enhance operational efficiency and business agility.

• Collaboration : Working with developers and service providers to implement designs. Work closely with enterprise architecture team.

· Analysis : Conducting detailed analysis of business requirements. · Review: Participating in design and code reviews.

· Knowledge Maintenance : Keeping up to date with technology standards and trends.

· Stakeholder Collaboration : Building and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure the solution supports broad organizational needs and facilitates effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Associated Tasks

• Designing and Architecting Solutions: You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those requirements into detailed technical designs and solution architectures. This includes creating clear documentation, diagrams, and specifications to guide development teams. You’ll also ensure that all solutions are well-integrated with existing systems and meet both functional and technical standards, including compliance and security requirements.

• Technical Implementation and Support: As a Solution Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role in guiding the implementation of your designs. This involves supporting development teams during the build process, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise, and ensuring that solutions are delivered with high quality. You’ll also participate in design and code reviews to maintain standards and continuously improve the development process.

• Collaborating with Stakeholders and Teams : You’ll regularly engage with a variety of stakeholders, including developers, architects, business leaders, and sometimes clients to gather requirements, present your solutions, and ensure everyone is aligned. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable way will help strong collaboration and make you a trusted advisor within the team.

• Driving Continuous Improvement: Part of your role will be to keep up with the latest technological trends, industry standards, and best practices. You’ll use this knowledge to recommend improvements to existing systems and processes, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and efficient.

• Communicating and Demonstrating Technical Solutions : You’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering technical documentation, as well as presenting solutions through demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects. This may include supporting internal teams or external stakeholders by clearly explaining how your solutions address business challenges and add value.

· Ensuring Compliance and Quality Assurance : You’ll make sure that all solutions adhere to relevant security, compliance, and regulatory standards. Through thorough analysis and regular reviews, you’ll help maintain high quality and reliability in every solution delivered.

Education / Language / Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Languages:

• Fluent English required (oral and written)

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, software development, or a related technical role.

• Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and integration patterns.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).

• Experience with APIs, web services, and data modeling tools.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
