Technical Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer, your main focus will be on strategic alignment, technology integration, collaboration, analysis, knowledge maintenance, and stakeholder collaboration. You will ensure that all technical solutions and innovations align with the company's architecture standards, integrate new and existing technology solutions into the global Legal & Compliance technology landscape, work closely with developers and service providers to implement designs, conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, keep up to date with technology standards and trends, and build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors. - Designing and Architecting Solutions: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into detailed technical designs and solution architectures. Create clear documentation, diagrams, and specifications to guide development teams, ensuring solutions are well-integrated with existing systems and meet functional and technical standards. - Technical Implementation and Support: Guide the implementation of designs, support development teams during the build process, troubleshoot technical issues, participate in design and code reviews, and ensure solutions are delivered with high quality. - Collaborating with Stakeholders and Teams: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to foster collaboration and be a trusted advisor within the team. - Driving Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on technological trends and best practices to recommend improvements, ensuring the organization remains competitive and efficient. - Communicating and Demonstrating Technical Solutions: Prepare and deliver technical documentation, present solutions through demonstrations, and support internal teams or external stakeholders by explaining how solutions address business challenges and add value. - Ensuring Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all solutions adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory standards, maintaining high quality and reliability in every solution delivered. - Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Languages: Fluent English required (oral and written). - Experience: 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, software development, or a related technical role. Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and integration patterns. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#). Experience with APIs, web services, and data modeling tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.,
