Job Description

Role Overview:

The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance services for products/equipment. The role involves close interaction with customers to resolve technical issues, ensure product performance, and deliver excellent service support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment/products.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance and service activities as per schedule.
Document service reports, maintenance logs, and technical feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve product-related issues.
Train customers/end-users on product usage, safety, and best practices.
Support sales teams by providing pre-sales technical expertise and demonstrations when required.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements during service activities.
Monitor product performance in the field and provide feedback for product enhancement.
Maintain strong customer relationships through prompt and professional service.
