  • Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (English + Hindi preferred)

  • Willingness to work in rotational day shifts

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide quick resolutions

  • Provide accurate product and service-related technical information

  • Maintain polite, professional, and clear communication at all times

  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
