6 months to 4 years of experience in BPO / Technical Support / Customer Support / Voice Process
Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (English + Hindi preferred)
Willingness to work in rotational day shifts

Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide quick resolutions
Provide accurate product and service-related technical information
