Technical Sales

Role Overview: As a Technical Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the strategic growth and engagement of customer accounts across various sectors such as automotive, aerospace, industrial, energy, and infrastructure, with a specific focus on the Indian market. You will oversee the execution of customer projects, develop detailed quotations and proposals, conduct market analysis, identify new sales opportunities, represent the company at international events, manage client relationships, and integrate with the sales team for seamless collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and calculate detailed quotations and proposals tailored to specific customer requirements. - Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry dynamics and identify new business opportunities. - Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling initiatives. - Represent the organization at international exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events. - Engage in regular customer visits to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction. - Serve as the designated DiIT representative within the Komax sales team for India. Qualifications: - Degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. - Proven track record in software or technical sales with domain knowledge in production control and process management. - Proficient in Hindi and English for effective negotiation with international stakeholders. - Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and moderating discussions. - Ability to integrate into international teams and contribute effectively. - Structured, analytical, and pragmatic approach with a focus on efficiency. - Flexible, committed, and assertive team player willing to travel domestically and internationally.,
