Role Overview: You will be working as a Technical Sales Executive handling multiple calls such as BSOD Calls, PPC Calls, and Printer Calls. Your main responsibility will be to provide technical support through voice and blended processes in the BPM/BPO industry. This is a full-time, permanent role falling under the Voice/Blended category. Key Responsibilities: - Handle technical sales for popup calls - Provide technical support over calls for various issues including BSOD, PPC, and Printer calls Qualifications Required: - Experience in US Tech Sales or Technical Sales is a must - Proficiency in handling technical sales, especially in the areas of PPC and Printer calls - Good communication skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively Additional Details: The company offers perks and benefits like accommodation, meals, incentives, and travel allowances.
