Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and presenting technical solutions to meet customer needs. Your blend of sales acumen and technical expertise will enable you to effectively communicate product value and support customers throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client requirements and provide technical consultation to recommend suitable products or solutions. - Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to the clients' needs. - Collaborate with engineering/product teams to address complex technical requirements. - Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales. - Provide post-sale support and serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. - Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Diploma, Business, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or a similar client-facing role. - Strong technical background with the ability to grasp complex product features. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role is full-time and requires you to work day shifts in person.
