Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Technical Sales & Marketing professional (38 years) to drive B2B sales and market expansion for pharmaceutical process equipment, cleanroom solutions, and engineering systems.

You will work closely with pharma manufacturers, biotech companies, engineering consultants, and global clients, acting as a trusted solution partner.

What You’ll Work On

• Own the end-to-end technical sales lifecycle — lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and closures
• Present and sell pharma-focused technical solutions, including:
• Process equipment & systems
• Cleanroom & GMP-compliant solutions
• Pharma engineering and automation offerings
• Engage with Tier-1 domestic and international pharma & biotech clients
• Identify new business opportunities across regulated markets
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams on technical feasibility and customized solutions
• Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, techno-commercial documentation, and market reports
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and international engagements

Who Should Apply

• 5–8 years of experience in Technical Sales / Sales Engineering / B2B Marketing
• Background in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Biotechnology preferred
• Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing, GMP environments, or regulated industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable with domestic and international travel
