Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Manage all technical & Commercial aspects of RFP / RFI responses to customer
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the internal teams for future product enhancements
  • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions
  • Strengthen relationships with the existing customers by sales visits & customer feedbacks
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms & conditions to meet both client and company needs
  • Analyze the sales figures & present the same to the management
  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing event
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Educational Qualification and Experience Required

B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Environment, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering
Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Environment (with strong technical exposure)
B.Sc. / M.Sc. – Chemistry / Environmental Science / Industrial Chemistry
MBA (Marketing / Sales)Preferred but not mandatory
✔ Strong understanding of technical products, industrial equipment, or engineering concepts.

2. Experience RequiredMinimum Experience

  • 1–3 years in Technical Sales / Industrial Sales / Project Sales
  • Freshers with strong technical knowledge & communication skills can also be considered (if training is provided)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment, ETP/STP, Pumps, Valves, Industrial Machinery, Laboratory Instruments, or Environmental Solutions
  • Knowledge of site visits, proposal preparation, BOQ understanding, and client coordination
  • Ability to interact with clients like industries, contractors, consultants, OEMs, EPC companies

3. Skill RequirementsTechnical Skills

  • Ability to understand technical products, P&IDs, BOQs, and system working
  • Knowledge of basic engineering calculations
  • Comfortable with preparing technical offers, proposals, and presentations

Sales Skills

  • Excellent client handling & communication
  • Lead generation, follow-up & negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and travel for field visits

Software Skills

  • MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • CRM tools (optional)
  • Email drafting & reporting skills

4. Behavioral Skills

  • Strong communication (English/Hindi/regional language)
  • Professional attitude & problem-solving mindset
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, good presentation skills
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams (Design / Purchase / Service)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
