Technical Sales Executive

As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be a vital part of the sales and business development team, responsible for driving sales growth through the establishment of strong client relationships and effective deal closures. Your role will require a combination of sales proficiency, business insight, and a grasp of technical concepts. We are looking for candidates with backgrounds in engineering, business administration, or commerce, possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of both independent work and teamwork. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with clients to foster long-term relationships, ensuring clear communication and top-notch service delivery. You will leverage your negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close sales deals, prioritizing customer satisfaction and repeat business. Staying updated on market trends and customer preferences will be critical, allowing you to adjust strategies for maintaining a competitive edge. While working independently to meet sales targets, effective collaboration with the sales and engineering teams will also be essential. Your problem-solving abilities will be put to the test as you address client needs and make informed decisions throughout the sales process. To qualify for this role, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with degrees in Engineering (B.Tech), Business Administration (BBA), or Commerce (B.Com) considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of relevant sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a talent for negotiation and persuasion. Being self-driven and goal-oriented, with a knack for both independent and team work, is crucial. Adaptability to changing market trends and customer needs is a must, along with a strong command of English and preferably Hindi. The salary for this position ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.,
